Gotta love the shopped Oscar-nominated film posters from Shiznit. Made me laugh, and laugh, and laugh some more!

My favourite -- the totally unnecessary US version of Girl with a Dragon Tattoo. I'm a fan of Hollywood but why they felt the need to redo a perfectly wonderful Swedish film is beyond me. I refuse to see Fincher's version, no matter how good it might be. I stand by the original Oplev film. Just like the shopped poster says - this movie has been Hollywood-afied just so the target audience (ie: Americans) don't have to read subtitles. And no offense to Rooney Mara, but where was Noomi Rapace's Oscar nod?? She gave such a gripping performance. Shame she's not American.
